Fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables, free-range eggs, firewood, and compost โ farmed with care at 2412 Meetinghouse Way, West Barnstable, and dedicated to feeding families and honoring those who serve.
Meet the Farm โIn 2006, Lindsay J. Hopkins-Cox founded Lindsay's Cape Cod Herb Farm with a clear purpose: to grow medicinal and culinary herbs on Cape Cod and bring fresh, locally grown food directly to her community. She did not found a hobby farm โ she founded a working agricultural business on three acres of Cape Cod land and sustained it for 17 consecutive years through vision, determination, and deep community commitment.
The farm bears her name because this is her creation โ built season by season, through drought years and growth years, through market expansions and community partnerships, for nearly two decades.
Lindsay's most lasting achievement is the food access partnership she built with the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation โ supplying fresh produce and eggs to food pantries serving active-duty military families and veterans at Joint Base Cape Cod and Sandwich, MA. That partnership is Lindsay's founding vision made tangible: fresh Cape Cod food on the tables of military families across the Commonwealth.
Her husband Don is proud to carry that mission forward โ working the land she built, honoring the partnerships she forged, and growing the farm she named.
Basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, chives, and seasonal varieties โ grown in Cape Cod's coastal air for exceptional flavor.
Garlic, tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins, and fresh lettuce โ rotating seasonal crops harvested at peak ripeness.
Our free-range flock produces fresh eggs year-round. Rich, clean, and honest โ the way eggs are meant to be.
Harvested from our own woodlot โ seasoned firewood available to local families and community partners.
Farm-produced chicken manure compost โ available to local growers looking to build healthier, more productive soil.
Red poppies, blanket flowers, lavender, and butterfly bush โ Lindsay's pollinator garden is a farm signature every season.
For over twenty years, Lindsay's Cape Cod Herb Farm has maintained a food access partnership with the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation (MMSF) โ a partnership Lindsay Hopkins-Cox built from the ground up โ supplying fresh produce and eggs to food pantries serving active-duty military families and veterans at Joint Base Cape Cod and Sandwich, MA.
