Fresh Herbs Grown on Cape Cod
๐ŸŒฟ Founded by Lindsay J. Hopkins-Cox ยท 2006

Lindsay built this. Every seed. Every season.

In 2006, Lindsay J. Hopkins-Cox founded Lindsay's Cape Cod Herb Farm with a clear purpose: to grow medicinal and culinary herbs on Cape Cod and bring fresh, locally grown food directly to her community. She did not found a hobby farm โ€” she founded a working agricultural business on three acres of Cape Cod land and sustained it for 17 consecutive years through vision, determination, and deep community commitment.

The farm bears her name because this is her creation โ€” built season by season, through drought years and growth years, through market expansions and community partnerships, for nearly two decades.

Lindsay's most lasting achievement is the food access partnership she built with the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation โ€” supplying fresh produce and eggs to food pantries serving active-duty military families and veterans at Joint Base Cape Cod and Sandwich, MA. That partnership is Lindsay's founding vision made tangible: fresh Cape Cod food on the tables of military families across the Commonwealth.

Her husband Don is proud to carry that mission forward โ€” working the land she built, honoring the partnerships she forged, and growing the farm she named.
